Guitar Hero 6

Not much to say here, just a couple innovative ideas. I cherish the GH series (2 is my fav) and thought of a way they could bring it back (maybe just once though, not like 7-8 or something). Problem I see is lack of 'new' songs to include, but hopefully they could just recall, if not most, some from previous games (and I'm not talking Rock Band; not because i don't like RB though). I basically came up with a new type of guitar (well, features). I hope you find them agreeable: Touch-sensitive frets - World Tour is actually my least favorite GH game though, I never had its controller, and I'd never be a fan of making my OWN songs through a GH game. So that stated, I know the controller has this feature, but what if these types of frets were the PRIMARY five at the end (instead of the middle)? I support this idea because I think you should be able to, like a real guitar, have to press harder to hold the note down (like a string) to pluck it better, bend notes to chang...

Realistic action game

I'd like to see an overly realistic action game (probably with RPG elements) in the style of Dark Souls and Witcher. I notice in a lot of games (like those two) you die quickly, but enemies take awhile to finish. I'd like a realistic game where you die quickly, as in if you get hit with a sword 1-3 times, you die like in real-life. However, enemies die just as quickly, so it's unlike most games where you're underpowered and it takes forever to kill the enemy. Bosses may be an exception... I know it sounds really hard, but remember that enemies would die in like 1-2 hits. So you run over and attack once, kill an enemy, run over to another and attack once or twice, kill an enemy. Like you would run around with a sword and if you slash their arm, their arm comes off, or if you slash their head, they get decapitated. But instantly, all in one hit. Combat might be similar to Assassins Creed Origins, but the enemies (and you) would die much faster.

Nintendo Is Lacking

If Nintendo had a say, PS4 in comparison (meaning a console with matching specs), they wouldn't know what to fill it with. Xbox and Playstation are already competing, and it's as if Nintendo is kind of not even in the competition because it's doing its own thing. The Switch worked because the games that came out for it, Mario Zelda etc, worked as well. Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild wouldn't be the same. Gamers may think Nintendo doesn't care about graphics or power or whatever, but the problem is they do, since they're already doing it. It wouldn't be a modern/next-gen console without better hardware. So the question is, why, as the biggest game company, do they not have a console as powerful as PS4 already? Thing is, like I said SMO and BotW, if they did have a PS4 console, couldn't those games be 'better'? Like maybe they just don't have enough ideas to make a Zelda game as expansive as Skyrim or Dragon Age. And we already had...

new Sonic game (controls)

There should be a focus on linear levels and high speeds. Players tend to like that about Sonic games. There's still platforming and things to collect. Perhaps they should make a Knuckles game rather than Sonic? Nevertheless... LS move around, slide (clk) RS camera, recenter (clk) MENU options VIEW map/objectives A jump, homing attack X interaction, ring dash, etc Y activate power B punch LB/RB select power LT spin dash (chargeable) RT run (with LS, sensitive) - Running (RT) is sensitive in that how hard you hold the trigger accords for how fast Sonic runs. - Different powers become available once you've collected enough rings. - Spin dash (LT) is chargeable, and there's a meter that fills the longer you hold it. Let go with LS to rolldash in that direction. If you don't hold a direction with LS while charging, let go of LT to cancel and stop the spin dash.

Konisida

An openworld action game (think Crackdown, Infamous, and GTA) where players presume control of a superhuman cyborg (Gragnorak, or G for short) to defeat enemies, level-up, complete quests, and eventually complete the main storyline. WEAPONS You must choose both a sword and a gun. giantsword - melee, heavy and powerful but slow lightsword - melee, light and quick but weaker, rapid heavygun - ranged, heavy and capable of more powerful single shots but slow lightgun - ranged, light and quicker to use but each shot is weaker, rapid fire Second, add any elementalisms (optional). Elementalisms do not do extra damage to enemies with LIKE elements (in a sense, they would be regular hits). piercing - deals twice amount of melee damage for guns, bullet can pierce through multiple targets electric - chance to paralyze/stun enemies, also deals some extra damage ice - chance to freeze (slow-down), also deals some extra damage flame - chance to burn enemies, which can spread amongst enemies t...

Metroid Prime 4 (controls)

I think Metroid deserves a chance at modern FPS controls. In Prime, you actually were able to strafe, but not without locking-on. If the player was able to manually aim (turn/look), it would be a fresh take on the Metroid series and attract new players. No more locking on! It might even be worthy of multiplayer.. CONTROL SCHEME Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Note I do not know if this controller has stick clicks. LS move around crouch (click) move/strafe (aiming) RS turn/look ZL aim beam cannon L aim grapple beam ZR melee attack fire beam cannon (holding ZL) use grapple beam (holding L) lay bomb (morphball mode) scan (scan mode) R change beam (hold then use RS to select) fire missile (holding ZL) lay powerbomb (morphball mode) B jump, double-jump morphball jump (morphball mode) This is new. It was in Reutrn of Samus, and I think it'd be nice to do it in 3D. A interact (open, activate, etc) Y sprint (hold); boost ball (morphball mode) X enter/exit morphball mode ...

Harry Potter RPG

I reckon a turn-based RPG like Pokemon would be the best type of game for a new Harry Potter. There actually was one, Prisoner of Azkaban for GBA. Here's a list of ideas: Offense spells: Aqua Eructo - casts a jet of water, great Duo and greater Tria Ventus - a strong blast of wind is shot from the wand, great Duo and greater Tria Incendio - produces fire, great Duo and greater Tria Deprimo - places immense downward pressure on target, great Duo and greater Tria Glacius - freezing spell, transforms target into ice, great Duo and greater Tria Bombarda - provokes a small explosion, Maxima provokes a larger explosion Diffindo - severing charm, rips or tears Incarcerous - ties something up with ropes (binds victim) Sectumsempra - creates a gash on victim, strong against humanoid enemies Stupefy - stuns victim Defense spells: Episkey - used to heal minor injuries/wounds Ferula - creates a bandage and a splint, probably better than Episkey Confundo - confuses the victim Expecto Patronum ...

Fighterland

I emphasize simplicity for this fighting game. Most others are too complex (Marvel VS Capcom, Blazblue). Skill involves mastering timing and blocking. Strategy comes from monitoring your foe. Know when to block, jump, grab, and what attacks to use (high, low, etc) depending on your foe's situation. CONTROLS Movement - forward, back, jump, crouch Plays like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. Standard Attack - a basic move, might be chargeable Special Attack - often with 'supernatural' qualities Hyper Attack - a devastating move, ST attack + SP attack (when full) Grab - has its own control Block - guards against taking damage, unless the hit is unblockable - Controls are entirely customizable. Triggers aren't even needed. Default controls might be (for Xbox): DPAD     movement A     Block X      Standard Attack Y     Special Attack B     Grab X+Y     Hyper Attack - There is no dashing. It's just not necessary. A lot of fighti...

Super Smash Bros. RPG

*I am aware there is a SSBRPG in the making, but I wrote out this idea before I knew about that. BATTLE SYSTEM This would be a turn-based RPG where battles take place in an alternate screen than the one you traverse the world in. Player commands:  Attack - a basic/standard attack, usually physical Special - a skill based on the character's abilities, usually magical Smash - a powered up super attack only available when the meter fills Defend - enters a stance that reduces any damage taken, useful for skipping one's turn Item - view inventory and allows you to use items Party - swap playable characters that tagged along Escape - allows you to flee the battle safely CHARACTERS The following specials are based on what I experienced from the Super Smash Bros. games I have played, meaning Melee and Brawl. I didn't include what Attack they execute because it's rather basic. Like even Mario can punch (from Super Mario 64), so standard attacks probably consist of something basi...

Ultraquest

LIFE: Rather than having hit-points (HP), vitality is represented by a character's stance. If they are upright and healthy, their life must be above 60%. If they are slouching, their life must be below 40%. If, and this is the only display exception, the text "danger" appears next to their name on the battle HUD, then their life must be below 20%. Pay attention to each character's stance, and the danger icon.  When their defense increases (by leveling up or wearing better armor), it means all damage taken is reduced, but their original life remains! See, life doesn't need to be a changing stat. LEVELING: Strength, critical chance, and evasion would be like defense that they aren't viewable stats, but certain items influence them, or leveling up. Yes, you would still level-up, but I'm predicting this will be fixed so that the game automatically chooses which attributes are improved for each character (FFXV does this). This is because it wouldn't make s...

Royal Phantasm

You play as Gorhan, a hunter destined to rise against the evil revenant Spectaro and become the kingdom's hero. GAMEPLAY The game is a third-person adventure. Players must utilize both action-combat skills and platforming skills to succeed at the game. There are also puzzles to solve, and a boss at the end of each main dungeon. In the overworld are numerous NPCs of different races to interact with, and some of them assign side-quests for you. The terrain features detailed textures and lush environments filled with wildlife and structures. Defeating a boss upgrades your axe. In order: iron, steel, mithril, silver, gold You need the final upgrade, gold, to defeat the final boss Spectaro. EQUIPMENT Axe - the main weapon, two-handed Grenades - small throwable bombs that explode after a short time Fire Striker - required to light grenades Fleet Shoes - allows you to run faster and even run across bodies of water; costs magic Shovel - use on glowing spots to dig up treasure Khepri's ...

Matsuda Zelda

Image
I would love to see a Zelda game made out of this style: Please acknowledge the creator of that picture is Jeff Matsuda. The link is here: https://faustuszero.tumblr.com/image/104974421020 It would probably have more of a 'beat em up' esque combat system. Sure Link doesn't have a shield but does he really need one when rolling around and evading? Since the character style is skinny-leggy, a shield isn't likely. It'd be great if it was set in an open-world as vast as like Skyrim. It has that realistic look so imagine how the different races like Zoras would look. Birds would fly around and there'd be forests and lakes...and instead of Hyrule, what if it was set in the adjacent kingdom of Calatia? title idea for this game: The Legend of Zelda - Calatia Weeps EQUIPMENT Some gear I want for sure in this game would be: Master Sword, Bow Magical Boomerang - can attack multiple targets and goes far distances, stuns enemies Double Clawshot - basically two hookshots tha...

KRyTERIA

Note the y in the title. It's lowercase on purpose because it looks cooler.  Influences: Resident Evil, Metroid Prime, Vanquish, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Dead Space STORY I don't have much and it's not very good, but something along the lines of... Special agent Niva Essing is on a mission to investigate a distress signal on the planet Kryteria. It is a forsaken sci-fi world full of overgrown wildlife and creatures. She arrives via starship (which is a sporty pink spacecraft) and heads out equipped with a laser pistol. She is suited with a lightweight exoskeleton. After exiting a particular tunnel, it caves in, and a rock falls on her helmet, making it defective and eliminating outer communications. The cave-in also prevents her from returning to her starship. With no other choice, she moves forward and continues the investigation without finding an escape route (because someone could be dying up ahead). Suddenly, an armored humanoid drops down in front of you speaking so...
